Each wrapper on the individual candles does say 45 hours. So can only assume that the 45 hours refers to each candle. 135hours in total.

Do you recommend lighting all 3 at once?

Never thought of that - we light two in the kitchen to mask dinner smells surviving to the next morning. Very happy with these candles.

What are the candle's dimensions?

These "candles" are in glass jars 9cms high x 8cms diameter and are designed to burn in the glass
