This is poor quality. Grainy, lumpy and chemical taste. Not like any creatine I've had before. I'll go to a quality seller next time. Myprotein just buy garbage in bulk from China.

I thought taking german creatine would fix my issue vs the cheaper chinese creatine, but I guess not, just feels generally awful after taking creatine, loss of focus, headache/migraine, tiredness, nausea etc not good.

Creatin löst sich super auf, ich nehme immer morgens direkt nach dem Aufstehen einen Messlöffel (3g) in den Mund. ► morgens Messlöffel (3g) in den Mund ► mit einem Glas Discounter Traubensaft rutertrinken ► 3l Wasser trinken min. Ich nehme jeden Morgen die 3g mit dem Traubensaft um gleichzeitig den Insulinspiegel zu erhöhen um den nächtlichen “Muskelabbau“ zu stoppen. Gleichzeitig macht es einen ganz gut wach. An Trainingstagen nehme ich zusätzlich nocheinmal 1h vor dem Training 3g ein um das Creatin während des Trainings direkt im Blutkreislauf zu haben. Funktioniert super. ! nur viel trinken, Wasser 3l + ! mit einer Tüte 250g komme ich ca 7 Wochen aus bei 4 Trainingstagen in der Woche. kann das Produkt zu dem Preis nur empfehlen.
