Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. I was a bit nervous as I have read that some can expect bloating, headaches and skin break outs. I have now been taking this for almost a week and so far no negative results. I want to say I am feeling like my muscles have more definition but I also feel like that must be a placebo effect as it has only been 6 days!Tastes better than I expected too, I was nervous that it was going to be far too sweet but it wasn't at all. Mixes really well with no lumps and no weird texture which is great!
