Its more attractive and well made than the photo shows,brass and copper with OM SAI RAM in white metal As an admirer of Sathya Sai Baba I am pleased to have this bracelet in the hope that it may help with my Arthritis and Sciatica,even if no benefit I am still pleased to have this bracelet as it reminds me of Sathya Sai Baba.

I had hoped this product would be similar if not the same to the ones I have bought in India outside religious and spiritual places, mainly Hindu temples given the Om Namah Shivay mantra being a Hindu one. The items bought there were the same design. Although in appearance the quality is the same, the weight and work is clearly not authentic, and most critically the ‘Aum’ part was already peeling off within a day or two of purchasing. Also the design at the end of one of the ends of bangle was coming away. I appreciate this is being used for fashion appropriation purposes as much as what it should be, for religious reasons. My dissatisfaction comes from the poor quality craftsmanship and the mantra script and the embossing coming away from their main part so soon without any damage or wear and tear. Given I bought two in India outside religious places which were heavier, lasted without any damage and were not having this issues, I wouldn’t recommend this. Hindu religious jewelry is for religious purposes and clearly this is a combination of fashion appropriation and poor workmanship. I returned the item and was grateful for the full refund despite the inconvenience and waste of time. Wish you all blessings in wearing this but to be mindful of its origin and value spiritually and culturally more than just monetary quality.
