Ad above says smecta*60 sachets. but it is clear looking at the box that it only contains 30 sachets as do the other smecta boxes below the main ad

I paid for it,and I didn't get it from November, almost 2 months. ..thief's. ..

Does this provide rehydration also?

Short answer is no. Smecta is made from natural, pharmaceutical grade of white clay.
