My mother is 94 and is incredibly hard to buy for. I got this for her for Christmas '18 and she hasn't taken it off! I ordered some extra birthstones for about $6 because we have so many birthdays in September and April, but I was able to fit her three children, 5 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids in the locket.The chain is sturdy and best of all long enough for Mom to slip over her head without having to struggle with the clasp, something that gets difficult as we age! It's an attractive piece of jewelry that looks like I paid more than I did for it. My reason for only 4 stars is that the locket opens very easily and could pop open unintentionally. A sturdier fastener would be a great improvement. Of course, I bought those extra stones, so if she loses some I can replace them easily. Overall, It was a great gift for her that she REALLY likes and I would buy it again!

Love the locket. Very pretty and unusual. Nice colors for the sets. . Nice length chain. Havent worn yet but will soon. Only didnt like that there is one pkg of round jewels and one of hearts. Would have preferred all the same size as two birthdays are in the same month.

It is a great value. The gems look like plastic but it's still very pretty and was fun to customize. I was worried my small baby knocking it around while I wear it would open it up and we would lose the stones. So far it has not opened and she is rough with my jewelry. I'm impressed and I like that the locket has a spring to stay closed, especially since it isn't twist open and close like I originally thought.

Cheaply made!!! wish I would have bought from different company not confident this will make it past 3 wears...
