dtt was correct in his testing
I also tested mine with a constant 1amp load at room temp and it lasted for 4 hours when it cut out. So its a 4000ma battery pack NOT 12000ma!

dangerously wired, poorly done.
I opened the shrink wrap to view its contents. The wires were barely covered with standard masking tape and the ground wire shielding was cut when they were splicing the connector plug and left bare.

Tested capacity was 4000mAh with both 3000mA and 500mA loads. Both tests done after a full charge and at room temp

Item does not work
plugged the battery back in to charge, turned it on as instructed. It's been more than 24 hours and the LED indicator light is still red.
