So pleased with this thing!
Husband wanted to nail plywood to the wall. I'm thrilled we went with this rack instead. I'm a short little weakling and it was extremely easy to put up. It's not going anywhere - I used construction screws to secure it to studs, and it seems very sturdy with our 44 lb. ladder on one rack. Probably the biggest draw is being able to easily rearrange the hooks. They snap on and off no problem. Three minor caveats: 1) The hooks have cheap little plastic bumpers on the bottom which "click" into the rack. These break and come off easily. However, they are not really necessary for the functionality of the rack. 2) One of the hook types is too narrow for standard-size broom/shovel handles, but we've easily found other uses for it. 3) Purchasing additional hooks is expensive (~$10 apiece) and the selection is limited

Ultrawall makes it easy to rearrange my yard tools, cords and hoses!
4th Ultrawall set that I've ordered! Two have been installed for at least two years and I'm converting the old set from the opposite wall to Ultrawall. I'm not sure where else I will find room to put up more, but if I do find space, Ultrawall will be the brand to buy!

Good way to store anything with a long handle
It does the job, and not too hard to install. It holds brooms, shovels, hoes, mobs- anthing with on a long handle.

A great product that you can customize to suit your particular preferences
While I keep doing my garage restoration and organization work, I bought this ultrawall tool rack for the second time. Due to I have a black and yellow DeWalt preference, I decided to add some yellow on it. I definitely recommend it. With the steel panels and the steel hooks, there is no reason to worry about. Is very easy to install and build with heavy duty materials.

Overall, this is a good, functional, but not perfect product that is somewhat overpriced
This is my fourth similar Ultrawall product. My overall impressions are: (1) Sometimes the wall panel is bent in the corners and they don't always line up exactly, so sometimes you can't mount a hook at the junction of two panels, (2) the supplied screws are heavy duty and the heads don't strip, but there should be more of them in the box, (3) the anchors do hold in wallboard when installed correctly, but use studs for hanging heavier items, (4) if you need to hang something heavy, the panels have multiple screw holes for mounting (requiring a horizontal surface to screw them into), however, in most cases just screwing in the four corners is sufficient, (4) the hooks are heavy duty, however, they do sometimes lift off the panels when removing what you are hanging on them if the item is a tight fit - I imagine all similar products have the same issue, (5) the manufacturer does not sell panels only and compatible panels are very hard to find, (6) a year after mounting, my panels and hooks still look new, (7) I can hang a shovel, pitchfork, and three rakes on the long double arms without a problem, (8) I can hang a large, 40 lb tile cutter on two arms with no problem, (9) the more consecutive panels you hang, the less they will line up with your studs, and (10), the install hooks and arms do not sag or bend. I have these installed these on one long wall in my garage and three walls in my shed. Since the kits come with different numbers of panels and types of hooks, you should know how you are going to use the kits before you purchase them. For the longer run in my garage, I have needed to use a combination of screwing into studs and screwing into anchors because they don't line up well with multiple studs. Since additional panels only are not available, you need to plan carefully before choosing which kit to buy. This is a major drawback for this product. In my shed, I have needed to add additional wood blocks for mounting on some studs. Similar products may or may not have the same issue. This is a quality product that supports a variety of items and weights and should last for years. I have spare hooks and arms, so I wish I could buy just panels and use them without having to buy a complete and more expensive kit. Panels are not listed in the manufacturer's web site, Amazon no longer sells compatible panels, and I have not been able to find them in my web searches. I took one star off for that.

Great product!
Upon unboxing I was less than impressed. It came shrink wrapped within a box in box. My first thought was, “I’m sending it back”. Thankfully I didn’t act too soon! After unwrapping the plastic wrap it was quickly obvious the hooks are well constructed and durable! Install is as easy as putting anything in studs. Holes from factory line up @16”. I saw reviews suggesting there were issues with instructions, you shouldn’t need them and those people likely shouldn’t be trusted with a drill. Very happy with purchase and will likely purchase another.

Quite versatile and well made.
Pretty versatile tool storage unit. Handles both garage and basement shop needs to keep larger items stores and easily accessible. Good value for the money!
