Hg 1/144 Gundam Astray Red Frame (Flight Unit)

among the kits ive built so far, this is my favorite, my bael used to be my fave and though this doesnt put bael to shame. astray just has an expressive flare that makes it a little more fun. The flight unit is a nice addition and since this and the kit without the flight unit are about the same price, its worth it to get this instead unless you want both. This kit comes with a number of sitickers but i chose to paint mine in certain areas. the flight unit requires no parts forming because the backpack can be moved down to accommodate it and the shield and gun can be stored on the unit so it has storage for all its weapons. my only very minor complaints are -the sheath is easily knocked off -the hip armor is a little loose -it takes patience and careful positioning for really dynamic poses but it can be done and its fun -one of the this armor plates kept popping off so i glued it on

Arrived in time and in good condition

If you're fimilar with Gundam models you'll find this is exactly as advertised and you'll enjoy it as much as you enjoy the others of this grade. Not exactly for beginners but with a bit of work you can get it done!

Was okay to assemble, had to do a few steps that the instructions don't tell you about.

the only thing you should glue should be the v fin onto the head but besides that amazing just be delicate

This is the last 1/144 scale Astray I needed for my Astray collection. I love the Astrays!!!!
