Had a lot of dead worms in this shipment

Was very pleased with first order, as all worms were alive and packaged in a plastic container with holes. I made the mistake of discarding the container when the worms were gone. Subsequent orders came in a cloth bag that was tied up. Tried to keep them in a cricket keeper, but the worms kept escaping, and crawled all over the house. The latest shipment was labelled "perishable," so the mailman thought it was safe to leave them in the mailbox when it was 19 degrees outside. Needless to say, most of them did not survive. If it had been labelled "live animals," the mailman might have rang the doorbell instead. All in all, great product, but shipping is hit or miss.

I don't know what happened this time with my order. I have never had any trouble but this time I have lost more than half of my worms for some reason. The day after I got them this started. I thru about 10 away today.

I’ve bought these here a few times now & they are great every time. No dead worms & very active. They last forever. I only have 2 reptiles & this lasts me 1-2 months depending on if my sporadic brumator is sleeping or not. Will continue to purchase. I live in a very cold climate & have them held at post office for pickup in winter but there’s heating pads in the box with them

Received first shipment today, all my worms arrived alive! Found a local company to support! Super pleased.

Great deal and quality is much better than pet store! Will definitely be my go to place to order from.

1/3 arrived dead, black. I counted 68 worms, unless some escaped elsewhere during shipping.

Several of them were DOA. I threw away probably 1/3 of the container.
