Inov-8 Women's F-Lite 195 Cross-Training Shoe

I always wear a 7, and although these do fit...I can feel my toe touch the end and I feel when doing crossfit or crosstraining and as these stretch a bit, I may end up pushing into the front even more. These are very light compared to nano's which is what I have been wearing- more minimal. I had a hard time returning because I do like the look and they are comfortable but for true training...I feel the fit could possibly become a problem. I wanted to switch because I feel the nano's are a bit wide in the toe box which these are not. I also ordered the 7.5, which were MUCH bigger and wider-- too big. I will be returning those as well. Good Shoe, Comfy, very attractive- just not for my foot.

The shoes are somewhat narrow, but that works for me. I wear 8s, that's what I ordered, and they are fine. I use the for CrossFit. I can run short laps in them, but wouldn't go for a long run in them as they have no arch support and little padding under foot. I gave them 4 stars because the insole is not glued down and ends up shifting around onside the shoe. I'm going to tack it in place with Shoo-Goo as it is very annoying to have the insole bunch up under my heel.

I love these shoes! I wear them primarily for weight-lifting gym days. I definitely can tell the difference in ankle flexibility when doing squats in these, versus my New Balance running shoes. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the insole slides around and shifts toward your heel. I can feel my toes hanging off the edge in my shoe when it slides backward throughout my workout. It can be completely removed for a more "bare foot" approach, but I prefer the feel of the shoe with the insole. Inconvenient, but not awful.

I'm not sure what the 'E' means in the product description but it has nothing to do with width. These are inov8's standard width shoe (which is wider than their 'precision' fit). I typically need to order a wide width shoe, but these fit as well as my wide width New Balance shoes. I ordered these and the inov-8 235s, with the intent of choosing one and sending the other back, but they are so different, and since I got these at a really good price, that I am going to keep these for wods that have more running involved.

My husband surprised me with these. I really like them. Fit nicely. I wear a 7 pretty regularly and the 7 fits well. I use the mostly for lifting and a little cross training. Pretty versatile there! One pet peeve but it's pretty typical in shoes- the nylon type laces don't stayed tied and I don't like to double knot. But that's just nit picking- truly a pretty good shoe. Personally think they're better than Nike and aisics that I've tried.

Even though I purchased the correct size, the insole slips back towards the heel and I can feel my toes over the front of the insole which I find annoying. I emailed Inov8 about this issue and haven't heard a response, so in the meantime I'm using my Superfeet insoles. I purchased these shoes looking for a minimal rise, so adding my Superfeet defeats this purpose some, but they are still better than the running shoes I was previously using in the gym. These shoes have a pretty wide toe box for your toes to splay. Overall, I love the color and think they will be great for my dynamic gym training regimen.

I love this shoe! It fits perfectly. Snug, light and comfortable. I use it for Crossfit. Works well with rope climbs, box jumps, Oly lifting. Not sure if I'd run long distance in them though. I wore it for the first time and got so many compliments on the color!

These shoes are great! I actually bought three pairs in different colors (purple/black, white/lime, grey/coral) - one for work travel, one for home, and one for when these wear out. They are light, breathable, and oh so comfy. I use them as true cross trainers for running and weights. Like most gym shoes, you should size up by a half size (I'm a 9 in other shoes, and 9.5 in all trainers). My feet are narrow with high arches, and I love that the lining is removable so that I can put in arch supports.

These are my first pair of 'proper' running shoes. I was looking for a vegan product that were supportive. They seemed to be quite flat when I opened them but on wearing them I find them very comfortable. Light and flexible, I hardly know that I have them on.I usually only run around 5km but have done a 10km in them with no rubbing or problems.

I have a really broad & wide foot. I'm a 4.5 so I ordered a 5 which fit perfectly. Finally found a trainer to fit properly. Extremely lightweight. Comfortable. Girly design & colour. Worth every penny!!

This is my second attempt at buying inov8's online. My last pair were a UK8 and were more like a UK 7 so I gave them to a friend (who loved them!). So this time I went for a different model in a UK8.5 with standard fit. The toe box is very generous and my toes do not reach the end. So I think the UK8 would have been better in this style. So although the pair i have are moderately large, if I had ordered my usual shoe size they would have been fine. Only giving a 4star for that, otherwise they look and feel great.

Like wearing slippers. Most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn.

Schöne Sportschuhe, Versand ging sehr schnell.Leider ist der Schuh etwas schmal geschnitten, mit dünnen Socken reibt es an der Seite nicht so. Mal sehen ob nach längerem Einlaufen der Schuh besser zu tragen ist. Das Design und die Verarbeitung sind TOP. Außerdem ist es ein sehr leichter und angenehm luftiger Sportschuh.
