Good not Amazing
Update: So, I ordered this a few times and this last time was just not good. It tasted like they were trying to make American cheese instead of cheddar. Nope just nope -not buying again.----------------If you love cheese, you will definitely like this. If you are a cheese snob, I'm not sure this would be your favorite. It's not among my favorites but you can give it a try (especially while on sale). As a cheddar, it's medium... no zippy tang but a little bite to it... very middle of the road and not very sharp. It has a decent flavor profile but nothing out of the ordinary. I find it comparable to less expensive cheeses. On the plus side, it's organic and the cows eat grass. The packaging shows cows that produce A2 milk, which is what made me buy it -I don't know, though, what breeds of cows are the primary milk produces for this cheese. I highly recommend A2 milk and cheese... organic, of course, and grass-fed if possible.

Best Sharp Cheese on the planet
I love sharp cheese, but I'm also a texture person. This cheese is firm and makes great cheese slices and cubes. The flavor is unlike any other sharp cheese I have eaten. Not overpowering, just flavorful.

Very Good Taste, But Expensive
I like the taste, I find it better than other organic sharp cheddar varieties. However, those are considerably cheaper than this Rumiano cheese.

Veg but loves cheese
This was a great cheese, it cut nicely... it was also easy to shred... and it melted nicely too.
