I like the guide and how it’s assisting me in using my body vibration plate. The size is large enough to see from a distance, very practical and functional. I do not believe that it’s a good value for the money, it’s overpriced. But at the time it was the best visual to help me learn how to target specific muscle while using my body vibration machine.

Days, large poster style exercise sheet came laminated box very well they were not damaged. I would buy from the seller again..

Helpful and great value for the money but I don’t understand why there’d be a huge orange bar code sticker (that leaves a sticky residue) on the front of the poster instead of the plain white back side. Hopefully you don’t create this headache for future customers.

I never was expecting it to be this big but I love that it’s laminated as well.

Arrived as scheduled and mounted on wall, easy to follow instructions and wipe clean, if necessary.

I think you could have made a profit at half the price. But I will keep it.

This is much bigger than it needs to be.
