Good flavor just take 24 hr to soak Whatever you think you’re gonna use it soak
Really was hoping this was the powder. It’s not the company‘s fault maybe I’m not using it correctly. I let my stuff soak for half a day. I’m used to using ingredients on the go by the time the seeds release the flavor. I was ready to move on I do recommend this to those to have the time to pre-soak it the previous day sometimes I don’t have that quality time or on the spur of the moment meals as far as the flavor it’s there the color is there as well quality is perfect. I have a full bottle. I’ll let you have it for free.

If you make a lot of achiote paste…
This is a good deal. Some achiote paste also has been found to have lead in it, so I make my own. I like the big container, and it’s nice to not have to wonder if you have enough for your next cook. I’ve made pollo asado with achiote paste I made from this many times now. Delicious.
