Superb tires, outstanding value
It’s hard to imagine a better bang-for-buck bike tire than these. Easy to mount, able to be inflated to up to 100psi, they are smooth, rugged, and fast! Paired with quality rims, these are an outstanding upgrade. These tires give me the option of some going on light trail/gravel routes when necessary on my sport-cruiser. I run 90 rear and 85 front, and the ride quality is magnificent and rolling resistance is surprisingly low for a wide tire. And they are very sure-footed in everything except loose sand (but what is?). Plus, they have excellent wear and my very well last several thousand miles. Highest recommendation.

Only 65 psi not high pressure.
Product was fine but when ordering I found it impossible to ascertain weather or not these were the high pressure or not ,well they're not ,only 65 psi .going to use them anyway as I am out of time to order before across state ride.

Good value
I had these tires on another bike, and they're really good. Good sturdy Road tires and this is a good price

Outstanding commuter tires with buttery smooth roll and confidence-inspiring grip.
UPDATE 11/28/16: I've put easily 300 miles or more of urban commuting on these and they show no signs of giving up yet! Really top notch tires for the price.Put these bad boys on a Marin Palisades Trail that I'm converting to a commuter, and the difference they make is absolutely phenomenal. These tires roll effortlessly and have excellent grip around corners. I've taken them through some very sharp corners with no concern about breaking loose (thus far). On a less important note (to me anyway), these also look incredibly sexy, and have done wonders for the bike's appearance as well as its speed and traction. I have not filled them up to the full 100 PSI, but I have no doubt that they would sustain that gladly.A couple of notes for newer bike mechanics (from a newer bike mechanic), they were a little difficult to get on, but I think that's the nature of Wire Bead tires (combined with my lower experience level). Also, I had to ask someone to be sure, but the directional arrow and the word 'Drive" means the direction that the tire rotates when you are riding.I'll be sure and update this review when I've put a few hundred more miles on these guys, but so far, I highly recommend them!

Great street slicks for mountain bikes.
These are awesome tires. I got these 26x1.5 slicks to replace the 26x1.9 off-road tires on my mountain bike, since I only ride on the street or paved trails anyway. They fit great on the rims and were easy to install, without tools. I gained about 3 mph average speed just by changing to these tires, using the same pedaling effort. These are the high pressure version(100 psi max) and I run them at 85 psi comfortably. I did lose some diameter with these, but the much less rolling resistance and higher pressure made the bike alot quicker and easier to climb hills with. I have put 100 miles on these so far and have ridden over broken glass and debris and have not yet had a flat, so the punture resistance seems good. The tires run smooth and quiet on the asphalt. I have not rode these in the rain yet so I cannot speak to their performance on wet roads, though the tread looks quite capable. I would highly recomend these tires for hybrid mountain bikes and I feel they are a great value.

labeling issues with tire description
appreciate that Kenda provides a decent road worthy 26 inch tire. The issue that is mystifying to me is the product description on Amazon. Basic discription must include PSI rating and intended purpose. Product reviews for this this tire were all over the map as to PSI ratings and tolerance. K west 193 is applied to a number of different/similar tires sold on amazon, all with different ratings and attributes. Product support from Kenda is non-existent - their website is non functional. Still a good tire, but as above...(The tires I received had sidewall rating of 65 PSI, so which tire do I have??)

Durable, tough tire
The K193 is a very strong, long lasting and moderately priced tire. The 20" size (406) is the only tire that has held up on the front of our recumbent tandem. They're moderate rolling friction, not really fast and not really slow. Some riders complain of a harsh ride (doesn't bother me). I also use them on a single bike for cross country touring. One of the Schwalbe Marathon tires will roll a little better and have a more pleasant ride, might last longer too. But they cost about 25% more.

An affordable and efficient way to convert your Mountain bike to a Gravel bike!
I received a Trek 820 as gift and started my quest to turn it into a gravel bike by removing the stock 2" off-road tires and replacing them with these. The results have been stellar. My typical ride is 14 miles, during which I was averaging 15.8 MPH with the stock 2" tires. With the Kenda K-193's installed, I'm seeing more on the order of 17 MPH average speed, with the same effort. It's so gratifying to get more efficiency out of your work with these, while at the same time not sounding like a logging truck rolling down the pavement. I feel just as confident and stable with these 1 1/2" tires as I did my 2" tires. They are also rated for 100 PSI, versus the 65 PSI to which the stock tires were limited. This extra 35 PSI goes a long way in reducing the rolling friction. Just make sure you buy the appropriate size tubes to go with the new tires. The stock tubes were not compatible with these tires. The K-193's look great and were easy to put on. It truly changed my perception of my bike as an off-road slug to a more streamlined, triathlon-esque road machine!

Great in the city, but don't over-inflate them
I got a couple of the Kenda K-193 tires for my mountain bike that had some regular knobbies. I use my bike mainly for commuting so I wanted some tires that were better for asphalt and these looked pretty good.I must say that I didn't enjoy my first ride with them. It was cold in the morning and I think I over inflated the tires and the ride was just not comfortable. Since the streets are in not perfect condition I could just feel every bump in the road and the vibrations slowed me down.Even though these tires are rated for 100 psi, I recommend you not to inflate them that much unless you're riding in perfect conditions. If you ride bumpy roads then please make yourself a favour and just pump them to a pressure of around 50-60 psi in the front and 55-65 psi in the back. As a reference point, I'm 170 pounds (77 kilos) so if you're lighter you may want to inflate them a little bit less, and if you're heavier it may be good to inflate them a bit more.About the performance in the rain, I was able to use them today for the first time after some light rain and I'm quite happy with the grip that these tires give you (at least in the asphalt, I have no idea how do they perform in mud for example). The tire pattern is good to get the water out of the way, but of course, it is still important to remember that it's better to take it easy when it's wet in order to avoid having an accident.

交換してもモチが悪かった
サイドが弱く裂けてしまった。購入した自転車についていたので同じ銘柄を選択したのに交換して3ヶ月でダメになった。残念です。新たに別メーカのタイヤを買いました。

Excellent on the Road
Going from knobbies to theses, wow. the road ride is far better, and then do well on gravel and simple forest paths used for walking. Very good deal.
