Great tool, it got me close to alignment but had to use an old spline shaft to finalize the alignment. Previous owner was off alignment by two threads on the front mount.

Worked perfectly on 2000 Volvo penta sx out drive. Arrived way faster than anticipated, very fair price and quality tool. Comes with a ring to install the seal and gimbal bearing then check alignment with engine.

Easy to store and worked great to check the alignment before and after installing the gimbal bearing. I also use it to install the aluminum ring on the joint bellows.

I purchased a cheaper version of this tool, and it was not machined to the correct diameter. This tool is the right size! Proper machining, tight fit worked exactly the way I needed it to.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a 1 piece design, this thing is constantly loosening up while your using it, you find yourself always retightening,

Wish the tool protruded further through the gimbal driver. Barely catches the bearing so it’s a little harder to align. Overall very nice product and saved the day. Make sure you grease the tool when checking alignment. The tight fit on the gimbal bearing can give you a false tension.

Received it in a decent time frame. Very good quality tool.
