Easy to use, nice clean lines. Lasts a long time but comes off easily when cleaned off later. Nice appearance, adds dramatic effect to makeup. No issues allergy wise. Only smudges if you touch when wet. Worth the price. Would recommend to a friend.

Great color

The brush tip starts to separate after all. But prior to that, it was really smooth and easy to apply. The color is a little shiny depending on how the light hits you. I may buy again but I’ll be trying some others first.

One of my all time favorite liquid eyeliners. Doesn’t run of smear when putting on. Easy to use and lasts all day. This is a makeup bag staple for me!

Update: I have now been using this eyeliner for many months and have had many. I had read in reviews that some arrive 'dry' and I have experienced a few that are dry. Usually I tap the closed cap end and open/shut the cap over and over to get product to flow but sometimes it does not work. My last one was this way and I did request a replacement which the company is sending. Original review: This is the almost perfect liner. Completely easy to get a thin line or to create wider with a few strokes and easy to control for me. The only down side is that I have had it for maybe 2 weeks, used it almost daily and it is already seemingly getting toward the end. At first i could do both eyes without putting the brush back into the container for more but after a week, I am having to put it in multiple times to get enough. Darn... and I thought it was perfect! For the price, I feel it should last longer because I was buying a 'pot' of gel liner that lasted for months and months for the same price.

It stays on decently well, but it will definitely start drying and caking as you're putting it on

Love the brush tip on this eyeliner. Not floppy like some brush tips, not smudgy or dry like foam. I have bought a bunch of cheaper or unknown brands on Amazon, and they either dry out quickly, can't make sharp lines, or the brush tip starts separating and leaking. This Neutrogena eyeliner does none of those things. It goes on smoothly, is easy to apply, and lasts a long time. Price is reasonable too, so I'm not experimenting with any more brands.

This is my go-to eyeliner for my day-to-day life. It's easy to apply in a thin, subtle line or in a dramatic sweep. This is the most smudge-proof eyeliner I have found that doesn't irritate my eyes or skin. I have super sensitive skin, but I have no issues with this eyeliner. It does smudge a bit by the end of the day, but I have yet to find a comparable product that does any better. Same goes for being waterproof, I wouldn't say this eyeliner is very water resistant, but it's better than any of the other eyeliners I've tried. For my daily life, it's exactly what I want.

No uso maquillaje pero sí bloqueador y es bastante pesado y muy grasoso. Este delineador es una maravilla; sí se mancha un poco al principio pero de verdad, uso mucho bloqueador. Después de eso no se mancha ni se corre y dura TODO el día. Si se te olvida despintarte un día, en la mañana va a seguir idéntico.
