Works great and no groggy wake up!

I have read that when it comes to melatonin, less is more. I use just a few drops of this product at night, and it puts me right to sleep. The taste isn't anything great, but it's also not terrible and it fades from your mouth quickly so you don't keep tasting it.

First week I’ve slept more than 1-3 hours at a time. I wake up refreshed and my mental acquity is excellent. No drowsiness or down feeling. I'm buying the gummies for my travel bag.

Works well, I don't mind the taste, though my wife hates it. Id give it five stars but the bottles are nearly impossible to open, the child safety cap keeps me out as well. I don't think the first few I've ordered were this bad, but all of the most recent bottle caps have been impossible to remove. I will keep ordering it, but will need to start decanting it into a normal bottle to be able to easily take it at night.

This was recommended by my somnologist. It has been most helpful, BUT you need to remember to take it 2-3 hours before you intend to go to bed.

It works great. I took off 2 stars because its often so difficult to take off the cap.
