The flavoring is amazing, they mix it with lard, so if you’re like me and throwing together a pork noodle bowl, the Quoc Viet Foods Pork Flavored Soup Base tastes like the broth you’ve been cooking for 8 hours in the crockpot. The broth is what you would imagine if you picture the perfect pork broth. I cannot say enough good things, just you gotta try it! I’m looking forward to trying the beef (I’m hoping with tallow) and the chicken….with duck fat? I guess I’ll see! Just go buy it. Or any of the other flavors (if they are as good as the pork)

Had I not purchased this product, the chicken pho I spent 2 hours cooking would have been a nightmare. It's absolutely delicious and not salty. It gave depth to the broth, as well as that signature umami flavor. I highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase it again.

Omgosh this is the real authentic flavor. It is the best curry flavor.

Absolutely delicious, albeit a bit salty. No one in the household could escape its amazing smell, and it makes it easier to just dump the base than try to find a bunch of different spices.

This is as close as I’ve ever gotten to restaurant quality pho at home. Just make sure to follow their website directions and dilute it with enough water because it is VERY salty.

Taste good especially for the price

Which I think is the goal, but definitely tasted different from the pho I've purchased from restaurants. Not sure which is more authentic, but this makes a TON of broth, so be prepared to freeze some if you don't share!
