Guarana Extract 20:1 Extract, 300 mg Equivalent to 6,000 mg per Veggie Caps 200 Count (Non-GMO, Vegan)

I’m re-ordering these. I took them for about a month, and ran out. The reason I am reordering them is the noticeable difference in my energy level since I ran out. Decrease in energy, increased appetite. Crazy, I know, but I’m convinced this supplement was a difference maker. 🤷🏼‍♂️

No taste

Maybe a little weaker than I expected - I guessing three capsules is similar to 2 cups of regular coffee and maybe 1 espresso. But, that could be a good thing, also, as I'm using it to both lower my caffeine intake, and elevate my metabolism at work to burn a few more calories. It's 6000 mg "equivalent" - label states that one serving size (2 capsules) is 300 mg Guarana 20:1 Extract and is equivalent to 6000 mg of Guarana seed powder. I've already achieved some weight loss, although I've altered my caloric intake also, so there's that. But, my caffeine intake per day has dramatically reduced. And, I don't feel as jittery/shaky as when I was super-caffeinated. YMMV. This was my third bottle since mid-November I believe, and I will continue to order as long as quality and price trend-lines don't intersect.

Love Guarana Extract 6000mg 200 Veggie caps (Non-GMO, Gluten Free)! This type of caffeine has a slow rise and a slow fall compared to regular caffeine which has a quick rise but a quick steep fall which gives a racing heart to a sleeping brain. That is why I love this type of caffeine much better as there is no racing heart and no sleepy brain. If you need it stronger then take two pills before having a gut full of food. This one is my favorite.
