Strong, easy to use.
I have used a product made by the same co. for many years. I used it to repair a broken water dispenser on my fridge. the part although small lists for over $100 and is hard to get. I used this two-part epoxy and the dispenser has been working great for two weeks.

Definitely NOT CLEAR. False advertising.
Definitely NOT clear as stated in the description. More closely resembles JB Weld. Not worth it. I will NOT purchase again. Look elsewhere for clear epoxy. False advertising.

Real 5 minute epoxy
Hysol 608 is a real 5-min epoxy. It will start setting up as the 5 minute mark approaches. It appears to form high-strength, reliable bonds. Unfortunately, I purchased this to repair lifted copper pads on PCBs. In this application, I could not get small amounts of Hysol 608 to maintain bonding up to my preferred soldering temp (260c). If you can work at lower temps, it *may* suffice. I will update my review if I find an effective soldering temp for working with Hysol 608 repaired circuits.

Not Ideal for PP
I am looking for something that will form a chemical bond with polypropylene plastics. This adheres good. But it's not up to my expectations.

Awesome product
I have used this adhesive for 25 years at work and home. It will bond almost anything and is great to repair damaged plastics in automotive needs.

Great epoxy, this is the real deal.
Excellent epoxy, quick set, dries to a relatively clear to slightly opaque plastic with a little flexibility.

Go-to industrial epoxy
I work in a R & D development lab for a Fortune 50 company, and we use 608 for almost everything. Setting thermocouples in place, creating jigs, and repairing objects. The 5 minute set time is of great benefit for these tasks. 608 is also strong. I'm not sure why there are any 1 star reviews. Perhaps these people don't know where 608 should be used or how to use it.
