Stains Out; Freshness In; Concentrated, So, Lots More Loads; Blue in Color Liquid.
I have successfully used Persil for several years now. Realistic stains are removed through the wash, such as aromatic residues and stains from childrens pants, shorts, and underclothes with no visible rashes or irritations. For tuffer stains, that can be removed, with more elbow grease and/or soak times, I will apply and either soak, from hours to a day, or just pour on direct. Are the results perfect? No, but they are what I would consider excellent stain fighting results. As for freshness, although the aroma my dissipate in the dryer, or reduce the longer-term freshness aroma, there is an aroma and it is one of freshness. Now, of course, there is no accounting for taste, or smell, but so far, it seems universally appealing to most. As for hanging the clothes, I have to hang indoors, and the fresh aroma is nice in the area where the clothes are drying. Once again, when dry, the aroma is much more limited. The price is competitive, however, for something that I finds that works, the detergent does offer excellent value.Country of origin?USA.

Worth the money
Persil Original Everyday Clean has been my laundry wingman since I stumbled on it in 2020. Between my warehouse shifts and my husband’s long hours on the line as a chef, we produce some impressively grimy clothes—grease splatters, dust, the occasional sauce explosion. One tiny line of this 2X‑concentrated HE formula (the 82.5 fl oz jug promises 110 loads) whips a full washer into a thick, sudsy clean, so even our double‑wash weeks only burn through a bottle every three to four months.Performance‑wise, it’s hard to beat: the deep‑stain enzymes lift out ground‑in dirt without a pre‑soak, and the fresh, just‑air‑dried scent lingers for days longer than the big‑box brands I used to buy. At roughly $6.5-$8.67 a month, it feels like a stealth deal considering the level of clean we get. Whites stay bright, darks don’t fade, and my husband’s chef coats pass the “sniff test” after a single cycle—no small feat. I don't even need to use those fabric conditioners that add to the fragrant smell.A couple of nitpicks: the bottle is hefty, so I sometimes pour more than necessary. The scent can also feel strong straight out of the washer if you’re fragrance‑sensitive, though it settles once the clothes dry. Even with those quirks, Persil’s cleaning power and budget‑friendly longevity make it a staple in our laundry lineup—well worth the shelf space in the utility room.

Best Detergent
This isn’t a big bottle (my mistake for not looking at oz and just looking at the price) love the smell, feel and cleanliness it brings to my clothes. It’s easy to use.

The only detergent I’ll use!
I’m a Persil user for life! It’s by-far the best detergent I’ve used. Always gets stains and smells out without added soaking and scrubbing. It also smells great!

Cleans great with only a little bit detergent
Persil never lets me down in terms of cleaning my clothes and removing stains. Many say that the scent is too strong, but I don't believe that is true for the regular scented version. There are some other scents for which that may be true, but not for this "Original" version. I especially like this 2x concentrated version. You need a lot less of it. If you are disciplined enough to really just use the recommended dosage, you get a lot out of this canister.
