On the can it says "artificial chicken flavor". Does this mean it is vegan?

Its 100% Vegan. Im a vegan. I eat it EVERY DAY in my morning miso soup. It does NOT contain "chicken fat" and the person who posted that is simply incorrect. Read the ingredients. No mention of chicken fat. Ive tried a LOT of vegan soup bases. This is the absolute best tasting and most economical. I even like it better than mushroom powder (which is also absolutely delicious!).

Is this really granulated or just powdered?

Granulated little yellowish pieces. This is my favorite flavoring for all my soups and many other dishes. Adds that extra something!

how many cans are in the case/box? Can I buy a whole case of it?

You may be able to find a multi-can bundle here on Amazon. If you live in a city with a large Asian market it's likely they carry this product. It seems to be a very popular brand, and it isn't expensive.

Best Chicken powder out there

If you know, you know, this is some good stuff. It came in a good package. I did not have to worry. I seen some reviews that they were open blah blah blah but honestly for me it came in a good packaging. Good quality. Everything was good for me too bad for those that it was bad.
