Overall this is a very good quality tape and it worked very well for me.I like the soft feel, excellent stretch, and stable support for my sore muscles. I have played badminton for one year, and I tried elbow brace and elbow sleeves to reduce my elbow pain, but I still have to rest serval days after I played. Also I tried Rock Tape and got allergic reactions because I have sensitive skin. I am happy that I try this one, it help to relief of my muscle ache and do recovery faster and now I can play badminton everyday. The tape can stay on for days, even through workouts and showers. I usually peel them off not because they are not sticky anymore, but because I want to apply fresh ones.

I find i can use this, on my knee, and it works very well. I wish I could stand to use it on my hip, but I break out in a (contact) rash, terribly so! I still have scars on the skin around my hip, which is what I bought this for(!!), weeks later. Still, it's great on my knee. Holds it in place very well.

Without going into gory detail of my knee injury, this tape is wonderful.... The physical therapist we go to uses this tape and I am glad. I was so ready to be out of a brace..and the tape does what I need.. At this point, I can put it on myself...which is great... I haven't had a lot of pain as of late...probably because of the tape...and it probably gives my brain training as well good to have a source

Adhesion is pretty strong. Very hard to remove without removing skin. You will need something to assist. I soaked it it warm to hot water to loosen.

If your buying elastic athletic tape you know what it should be able to do. This tape cannot perform it fails as soon as you even have the slightest perspiration.

I love these kineo tapes. I recently started to have joint pains in my feet and these tapes both relieve the pain and protect my joints. I love the colours as well!!

I thought I found relief from nerve pain in my leg/ankle/foot. Put on this tape, it came off my ankle a few hours later. Came off my leg middle of the night, edges came unglued from moving around in bed. I've used up almost all of 1st roll, it's all in the garbage. I will not buy this again. Money wasted. And yes, my body is free of anything as I just got out of the shower.

I use tape for arthritis on my right hand because my physical therapist showed me how to use it. It's amazing...it stays on for days even when it gets wet. It's like a miracle when applied strategically!
