Just what I needed
For some reason, the water line to my fridge ran off the hot water side under the kitchen sink. I used one to tee off the cold water faucet in the bathroom behind the refrigerator. I added this and a short line through the wall, and all is good. It is well made with a rubber gasket in the swivel nut. No leaks.

Same quality in identical adaptor found at HD and other big box outlets. This seller gives you two of them for same price as one from HD.

Easy to use and saved me a lot of money
Lowes and Home Depot refused to install a new dishwasher in our home because it was not immediately next to the kitchen sink but about three feet away from it. Rather than pay a fortune to a plumber, I decided to install it myself, but the new dishwasher needed a new water supply. The old one had its own cold water supply line, but the new one had to be hooked up to a hot water. This simple T-valve made it really easy for me to connect the dishwasher to the kitchen sink hot water, and saved me the cost of calling a plumber, which I really appreciate!
