My older dogs have sebaceous cysts and the vet clinics all wanted expensive surgeries to remove them. When they got to the point of causing distress to the dogs, I remembered using DMSO on my horses in the past (the knees) and I ordered this product. It is great and the cysts are slowly beginning to drain and not causing distress. Recommended this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: DMSO is a solvent so I prefer to buy it in glass bottles. As a bonus, the eye dropper is also made from glass. Also, I like how they ship these in cardboard tubes to protect them during the shipping process. Note: this brand also sells pure DMSO, 70% DMSO, a DMSO 2 pack which saves money, and DMSO with magnesium oil. Bonus: The brand goes a step beyond the competition and uploads their Eurofins heavy metal testing results. These are expensive tests that are done by an outside lab. This is very rare to see a brand on Amazon show their test results. You would hope that all brands would do this, but if they don't have the test results uploaded, it's hard to know if they are testing for heavy metals.

I had no idea the impact adding this to my carrier oil & essentiL oil rub would have to increase effectiveness. Other reviews mentioned side effects. I have no detectable adverse effects. Thankful to have discovered this product.

DMSO really works, my husband is self employed for over 30yrs, his wrist & knees really were painful. He had to wear wrist compressions, after a few days he started feeling the effect of DMSO. I was told that this would prevent me from ever developing cataracts if I put a drop in each eye. But it stings. So, I put a couple of drops on my index finger, rub the index fingers together, and swipe each eyeball. Not much sting at all. I’ve been doing this for about 3 months. Additionally, for years, I have been applying drops to each eye in the morning and evening to prevent the pressure in my eyes from becoming dangerously high. I also see my ophthalmologist twice a year to ensure I’m okay. This month, I again went to my ophthalmologist to check the pressure in each eye It is usually 18 and 16 or 15 and 12. Not this time, it was 11 and 11, which is normal eye pressure. She was shocked and asked what I had been doing, as she’d never seen eye pressure go back to normal, no matter what a person was putting in their eyes. Obviously, I like the product.

Great product. I didn't get any garlic taste using this. I had cellulitis and used this to get my ointment into my skin. Worked like a charm!
