Colour choice
The product works well but the colour of the pod is different to the original. It would have been helpful to know that there was a colour choice.

Check the model number
There is nothing wrong with the company. Its just you have to get right serial number or it won't fit saying it will fit a dolce gusto piccolo is not good enough there's that many models you have to buy the Wright one so check the model number
