Overall a great product for flat feet
My daughter is super flat footed, and has been getting terrible leg pain most of her life. Her dr recommended I get her these, they help with her arch support and she’s no longer complaining of pain in her legs! They fit perfect into her high tops, they’ve also lasted a good few months of constant wear and I don’t think I’ll have to buy more into her feet grow!

Works for our purposes.
My son is only 3 and he's already developing bunions. He doesn't have overly flat feet but I wanted to get him some orthotics to prevent any further progression of the bunions. The orthotic itself is very firm. That is what I expected and wanted, but if you're looking for something that's somewhat flexible, this is not the product for you. It also has quite a heel on it. This could pose a problem. In the current pair of shoes he was wearing, the heel of the orthotic pushed his foot up too high and made his heel too close to the top of the shoe as well as being tight around the arch of his foot. I'm familiar with how orthotics are, so I was already planning on having to buy his next size up in shoes to accommodate the new orthotics. After I purchased the new pair of shoes we've had no problems. Overall, a good product for the price (if you compare it to premade ones you might get from the podiatrist). Just keep in mind that you may have to purchase a new pair of shoes to accommodate for the extra room the orthotic takes up in the shoe.

Great to fix rolled/inverted ankles.
Very helpful for inverted ankle on our toddler but make sure you buy high top shoes for them that open up wide to put on (no cowboy or bog style boots for example) We tried low and mid rise stride rites and both were not tall enough since these are high arch supports and you won’t be able to close the shoe/tongue. It was amazing to see the correction immediately in this stance when these are in his shoes. He doesn’t complain of discomfort, it’s just the shoe it self if it’s not able to close properly.

Great product, flat feet
My 6 year old son had been having pain in both feet stating his toes hurt. They would hurt to the point of him crying at night. We went to the podiatrist and xrays done, confirmed flat feet. We were referred for orthotics and they were $500-$600 and needed rotated anytime his feet grew. We did some research and found orthotics do not develop the arch, just helps relieve symptoms. We read reviews on these and decided to give them a try. These are not full length and that's ok and helps with growth. They do have such an arch that you have to find the right shoes to wear them with. They also slide around at times, not a huge issue for him. We opted to get high top under armor shoes and they fit perfectly. My son states they are comfortable and are helping his pain. There are times he will complain but very rarely.

Amazing inserts
My child was having heal pain daily keeping him from running and jumping as much This has given him so much relief from the pain Most days he doesn’t even complain about the pain any more It stays in place for the most part but since it’s not the full length of the shoe it can shift a little when putting it on

This brand of insoles was recommended for my 8 year old daughter to provide stability
This brand of insoles was recommended for my 8 year old daughter to provide stability. The insole is so thick and bulky that it would not fit in any of her shoes - sneakers, soccer cleats, dress shoes. Had to purchase a different brand called SuperFeet (the blue ones) for a lower profile insole that would fit into her shoes.

4/5 stars
After my daughter just wearing them 3 days the top thin cloth started lifting and they look like they are months old and it's verly going to turn one month of them purchased. These are pricey so they should be made of better material so they don't look worn out.

Great to correct overpronation in children!
For our dancer-daughter, these have done the trick - even fitting into shallow TOMS shoes! They prevent her overpronation (ankles roll in when taking a step) and they keep her feet alligned and walking in a straight path. Less complaints from her about foot, ankle, and leg pain these days too! Our pediatrician recommended these as a first step before resorting to custom fit orthotics...it was a good idea, great solution, an good value! (tie them up in a plastic grocery bag and put in freezer overnight if they get stinky!)
