So far, this cooking stick seems to be helping with puffiness. Very pleasant on the skin and it gives a hint of lightness and glimmer as well.

This product delivers just what is advertised. It feels very cool as you slide it on and it brightens the area where it is applied. It is easy to use and looks fabulous around my eyes. I even dot some on my cheeks for a pretty glow. It stays on all day. It is a bit pricey so I hope it will last awhile. The price is the reason for not getting 5 stars.

Didn't know what to expect from this product. Leaves a shimmer under my eye area and I don't know how that makes me feel. The rest of my face isn't glowy, just the fine lines under my eyes are. It's got a cooling effect like peperation H. Didnt feel like this did a whole lot.

Perfect for puffy eyelids, and hydration!

I've been wanting to try the Tula skin care for a long time and finally went ahead and got the cooling and brightening eye balm. I really like this it can be easily stored in my bag and have it on the go on flights. It really has a nice cooling sensation when you apply it on your eyes I use it very frequently of course in the morning and at night and even during the day, if I feel like you know, my eyes are feeling tired. I'll just reapply it. It glides on smoothly doesn't leave any residue . highly recommend it.
