The product looks great, however it's cheaply made and constructed.Plastic clips to hold backing slips in place are fragile and break without any real effort. The screws which hold these clips in place are not even straight - so attempting to tighten them even slightly means you risk breaking the connection point.The frame itself is plastic, doesn't feel quality at all, and isn't even flat, the unit we received, is bent - so after a week of being under a heavy box, we mounted on the wall and all appeared okay, until two days later - the bend/bow is back which lifts the lower section away form the wall.We have discarded and thrown away, please - don't purchase it's useless and very cheaply made - it's akin to something I would expect to pick up in a major discounter store, and certainly not at this cost level.

I absolutely love this!!!! The colour is perfect, we are using it for a table plan for our wedding & it’s just gorgeous.

I bought this as a gift for my mum but when it came I was disappointed by the quality. It looks very cheap and it is a strange tone of gold that I don’t like. For another situation I believe it may be good but for my particular taste I’m not too keen.I went to return the parcel and it cost £14 to return it. I bought the frame for £17 and I think that having to return it for more than half that price is ridiculous.
