Great methylatedvitamin that I only have to take once a day
It’s difficult to find good quality, methylated vitamins that won’t break the bank. Also, most methylated vitamins you have to take to a day. You only have to take one a day this one.

I like this vitamin, especially the included CoQ10, but it causes a drastic urine color change
Got this multivitamin because it is methylated and its comprehensive list of included vitamins and CoQ10. However, it causes my urine to get a crazy fluorescent yellow color. I know and have experienced some change in color when taking certain supplements in the past, but this one is way past anything I have experienced. In my layman understanding, I'm thinking that can't be a positive thing. Other than the urine color, I have no complaints. However, I'm going to stop taking them until I get a better understanding of why there is such a drastic urine color change from this particular one.

Methylated vitamins for the win
I can’t recommend these enough when I used to take multivitamins for some reason I always used to get a headache and just have general fuzziness in my head I’ve tried multiple different types of vitamins and my brother decided to do a methylation test and it was recommended term to get vitamins that were methylated as it aids in their absorption you recommended. I also try this vitamin as it was highly likely I too had the same problem he was having and now I’m hooked. It made me feel so much better giving me so much more energy. I no longer have any fuzziness in my head when I’m taking the vitamin. I highly recommend it.

Good product but….
I really like this product but deliveries are consistently late. I don’t understand what the problem could be it is becoming very frustrating since I run out several days or more before the delivery arrives.
