The entire book is available as PDF on internet and free for download since 2014. The questions are all same. Not a single questions new or different from the 2014 edition.

This is a big, easy-to-use, and perfectly created book for the GRE exam.It takes time to see each example with its detailed explanation of the solving problem.High recommended issue. Actually, all materials from the publishing university's company are excellent explained.

Let me tell you how I paid for an online program and I was only able to score 142 on verbal and 140 on math. I had 2 days until I had to take the GRE, so I stopped using the online program and used this book instead. In 2 days (this is not and infomercial, it's the mere truth), 2 DAYS I took a practice exam again and got a 152 on math and 150 on verbal. Not the most prestigious scores, but hey, I got into grad school!The book is good for several reasons. It gives you tactics on how to use the information on the test to answer itself. There are always clues or tricks that you can use. For example, instead of working through the problem from scratch, use some heuristics to narrow down the answer and the use the plug-in method. There are soo many practice questions that are basically the same as what you might find on the test. I definitely partly attribute this book to my ability to score well on the test and get into this program. I would not have gotten in with a score of 140.

"Practice Questions" ist eine Ergänzung zum Basisbuch "Cracking the GRE" sowie "Math Workout" und bietet viele zusätzliche Übungen für die Sektionen "Verbal" und "Mathe". Für den Aufsatzteil fehlen sinnvollen Ergänzungen, da es auch online eine Übersicht der Aufsatzthemen von ETS gibt. Das Buch ist daher zwingend komplementär zu den anderen zu sehen, da dort verschiedene Grundlagen enthalten sind. "Practice Questions" ein gutes Buch um noch mehr Routine für den GRE zu entwickeln.Was mich eher verstört hat war, dass in den Erklärungen der Mathe-Übungsaufgaben manchmal Formeln und Wissen enthalten war, das in den anderen Büchern gefehlt hat. Für eine umfassende Übersicht wiederkehrender Aufgabentypen und notwendigen Formeln musste ich also alle 3 Bücher kaufen. Außerdem sind in einigen Aufgaben (ca. 5-10%) auch Fehler enthalten, die für Verwirrung sorgen können.Für ein Punktzahl um die 150 reichen die 3 Bücher zusammen ggf. aus. Um jedoch 160+ zu erreichen benötigt es mehr als das. Ich vermute das ist auch ein Geschäftsmodell der Firma "Princeton Review", da sie in ihren Büchern und Homepage regelmäßig für Prep-Kurse für mehrere hundert oder mehrere tausend Dollar Werbung machen.

The extra practice included here really cemented my practice process and helped me to achieve my top score.

I’ve yet to really delve deep into the material of this book (the practice questions are the reason I bought this book to begin with).I will say that the ‘Quadrilaterals and Polygons’ chapter is the only one in this book that’s not accessible in the older versions you can find for free online. I will also say that only a few chapters have individual questions that have been traded from questions in the old version to new ones in the new version. I’ve been looking for an e-book version of this text (as I am practicing the questions using a spaced repetition software, and would thus have ease in converting the questions from this chapter to software form with the help of an e-book. Unfortunately, Kindle and iBooks don’t have them in an e-Books format).
