Excellent sound quality at an affordable price
Very very good sounding neutral iem. I think it has a slight emphasis in the bass but nothing big and what's there is enjoyable. If I was to guess the price based solely off the sound and the fact it's an iem I would have guessed somewhere in the $100-200 range at least. They aren't perfect but the soundstage, imaging, detail, and frequency response would suggest these are more expensive then $30. The downside is the cable isn't removable so when it fails you can't easily replace it but a replacement cable is usually around the cost of this whole set or more so I'm fine with it. The ear tips aren't really the best either, they could be good for some people but there wasn't a size even close enough for my ears plus the weight of these really calls for some foam tips, I used comply tips and the fit and sound were both improved. I would easily suggest these to someone looking for a neutral iem they could use day to day without worrying about losing or damaging an expensive set.

Absolutely unbeatable imaging and soundstage for the $
I bought these with Amazon Prime shipping and they arrived very quickly. No QC issues to speak of so far; I'm assuming this is a newer batch with fewer issues. Here is a shortened version of a review I made elsewhere online:Build: These single-dynamic-driver IEMs themselves are heavy and made of a shiny, fingerprint-attracting metal which I assume is brass or colored aluminum or something. I get really bad microphonics from the cable, and so the shirt clip has helped a bit with this. But since you would probably not want to wear these over-ear because of ergonomics, this is something to be aware of when buying.Setup: Hidizs Sonata II USB-C DAC. Playing Tidal lossless with USB Audio Player Pro.Sound: The description that first comes to my mind with the Crescent is "airy articulation." The imaging is leagues better than anything I've tried at this price. Treble is bright and somewhat aggressive at times, but just enough to bring out the character of the trumpets, chimes, etc. Bass is smooth and controlled, extends fairly deep, and does not limit the pleasantly balanced presence of mids. Also, I challenge you to find a sub-$30 IEM with a larger soundstage. For $30 I don't think you can go wrong. Only downsides for me personally are the attached cable, microphonics, and mildly reduced comfort due to the weight of the housings themselves.

One side completely stopped working after 2 WEEKS!!!
I've only had these headphones for about 2 weeks and out of nowhere, the volume from the left side dropped to 10%. They are completely unusable now. Terrible construction, I was extra careful because I read the other reviews but I didn't think this would happen so quickly!!!

Beautiful, great stock tips, sound like they're filtered through someone's pubes.
Nice tips on these. Beautiful little guys.Unfortunately the sound is so cloudy.. very disappointing because they graph nicely.

Good sound with some caveats
Let’s get straight to it, these are outstanding for the price. The Crescents follow the Harman Curve, but I feel like the bass is a hair lacking. These would benefit from be driven off of a DAC vs just plugging straight into a source. Also, these have terrible microphonics; any time the cable brushes up against your shirt it passes that sound right into your ears. They do provide a clip to help mitigate that though. If these had replaceable cables, or were at least easier to open up and mod I would give them 5/5.

Brass Pills with Airy Wide Stage and Beautifully Presented Bass
One of the best price to performance earphones on the market. Beautiful brass pills that provide excellent soundstage, imaging, and musicality. Not the most detailed listen, but nothing is congested and it does have an airiness to it while avoiding thin note presentation. Bass is very articulate, if not a tad forward. This will be enjoyed by bass heads and audiophiles alike. You can pick out finger picking, slides, and plucks very clearly, with a tad bit of mid bass hump present. Mids are not recessed, but in line with the treble. The highs are present and have some decent extension, but not quite as present and sharp as the mids. Attack is very nice and guitars and voices are forward and formidable. I'd say the treble is not rolled off, but it's just not as prominent as the bass and mids. This gives the presentation a warm and expansive feel, with really good but not superb timbre. I think timbre would be it's achilles, but it's not a deal breaker. It still has value, and overall the value of the Crescents it extremely high, with performance very good for $30.00.I use JVC Spiral Dot tips and they fit perfectly, and deliver comfort and great sound. They must have fixed the QC issues with their next batch, because I got mine off Amazon, and they haven't given me not a single issue, and this is even using them at the gym with sweat drenching, and yet they keep on ticking, so I think the issues described in previous reviews can be ignored?Pick up your pair before the price goes up or they get discontinued like a few other Moondrop models have.
