Work flawlessly
Building a fully dynamic F-18E Super Hornet cockpit, wanted to use Carbon Fiber PLA on some of the parts, specifically parts for the landing gear lever. I was having problems pushing it through a .4 nozzle, got the .6 and the .8, they were clearly labeled on the packaging for size, and marked on the nozzle itself. Used the .6, it has worked flawlessly, I can't express what a fantastic nozzle this is, put it on the hotend, leveled the bed, and it laid that carbon fiber PLA down perfectly, and really does still maintain the detail. Couldn't be happier with this nozzle, kudos to them for a fantastic product, I will be stocking up on more from them.

Dimensions on point
Looking forward to running this on my printer. Threw this on measurement equipment at work, the . 4mm nozzle measures out at ~.420mm and the extruder side 1.75mm measures out just under 2mm(1.970mm). Video is focusing down the nozzle after cleaning with air blast, no visible burst or imperfections. Will have to get filament to test the hardness/longevity.

Great Nozzle, but be prepared for higher temps
Took me a few days to dial this nozzle in, but once I did I had no issues whatsoever; I was actually able to get better print quality out of this than a brass nozzle (Managed to pull off some near-SLA quality details on a miniature with the 0.4 mm which is pretty astonishing). That being said, I had to bump my PLA from 205 up to 220, and had to go all the way to 260C for PETG. Works like a charm with the half-kilo or so of carbon fiber PLA I've printed, however. Overall, this is definitely worth the $6 if you're looking to print something more abrasive; just be ready for a big temperature increase.

Great nozzle with one consideration
I've had this nozzle a while it's held up perfectly but an issue I'm running into is now is that the size of the nozzle isn't on the nozzle anywhere. I had to come to my Amazon order history to confirm that I ordered a .4mm. Maybe I could eyeball it against another .4mm brass nozzle but that's not great. Currently this is the only hardened nozzle I own but that will be changing soon. I'll have to be sure that my next nozzle has the size on it so I can at least use process of elimination to identify this one as the .4

Great for detail.
I bought the 0.25mm nozzle and really like the detail it produces at 0.1mm layer height. It does take forever to print with those settings. Also remember to raise the temp by 5-10C as it is a steel nozzle. Thermal conductivity is less than brass. No issues so far. Used on both PLA and PETG. No abrasives yet, but I will be trying it with glow-in-the-dark very soon.

Well worth it
I was printing harder materials such as carbon fiber and needed a more resilient nozzle because id go through a brass one in a couple of prints. I have been using this nozzle to close to a year now and haven't replaced it. If it gets clogged, like any other nozzle, just use a blow torch to clear it out. This has been one of my best upgrades for my printer, keeping my prints consistent and high quality.

Prints are more smooth!
Seems to work better than other harden nozzles, for me at least. Prints are sticking good and smooth. Stays sharp for a while, at least 1 week continuous printing with various PLAs like wood, carbon fiber, pla+. Have not tried other materials yet, but will soon. Overall this is good priced and works great

High quality tip, last forever
Ender 3. I'm new to 3D printing, was able to cobble together some settings for my slicer. Only really suitable for non-detail work like simple containers. Can't get any serious detail. But it will avoid clogs or Jams for certain. Flows like butter. Print time may be roughly halved by increasing layer height. First layer width seems good at 160%, 1st layer height maybe 0.25. Much research WILL be required.

Seems well built, prints great, only done 10-20 hours so far so can’t comment on its hardness

Used for printing luminous filament. Did the job.

As far as nozzles go it looks fine with a well formed hole. The only issue is using with the prusa mk4 v6 nozzle adapter the threaded part isn’t deep enough to mate up with the adapter in the block and ends up oozing. Of You have the mk4 and use the v6 adapter then best stick with the genuine item

I do not have access to hardness testing files, however, I can tell you that when using a standard "fine" file, these nozzles have the characteristic harness (sounds high pitch and feels like the file is just skating over the surface rather than "biting") that one would expect when lightly filing a hardened steel object. I hope to get a lot of use from these nozzles!
