I have small ears that easily collect build-up which often muffles my hearing. The precise tip that comes with the syringe provides just the right amount of pressure to flush my ears out after letting the ear drops (not included) sit in them for a few minutes. I would highly recommend this ear cleaning kit. The tapered tips that attach to the end of the syringe are everything. If you have a lot of debris/build up, it might be best to apply ear drops (not included) first before flushing the ear out.

I only didn’t give 5 stars because the syringe is rather large and it makes it somewhat difficult to hold. Other than that—it’s great.

Received for a while and my first impression was syringe is not flushing strong enough. So got my shower head and used that instead.

Easy to use. For best results, put 50-50 like warm water and hydrogen peroxide in and let it sit in ears for a moment, then flush with Luke warm water.

Works like a charm. Our ears have never been cleaner. My son still can't hear me when I call him but I know it isn't due to wax build up
