Very convenient and excellent charging -- excellent value for the cost
This cord had 4 charging ports -- USB-C for android phones, mini-USB for charging batteries or for old Android phones, and 2 lightning cables for Apple products. We have 3 of these -- one for my wife, one for me, and one in the car. We have used 2 of them daily for about 2 months. All 3 work great and allow simultaneous charging of 4 devices in one place using only one USB port in a charger, which is a nice convenience.

Sturdy and effective
Seems well made. Plug and play success for my usb printer, keyboard and mouse devices. I liked the fact that each connector had a few inches of length. The weight of the splitter and attached cables pulled on my lightweight hub when placed behind the top of my desk and I had place the splitter on top of the hub on top of the desk.

Looking for a noise free USB 2.0 port multiplier? Look no further!
If you are looking to get the ultimate possible quality audio, from a computer to any other device like an external DAC, headphone amp, or integrated pre-amp with it's own DAC, CD recorder, etc., you need to know something. USB 3.0 is built for speed, not noise free audio quality. It is inherently noisy compared to USB 2.0, so I decided to see if this was true for myself. I have been on a quest to extract every ounce, actually I am down to grams now, of the musical goodness there is to be had from my Amazon HD music subscription but that is a long story. Fast forward to this item's contribution to my quest, I had seen how seemingly minor tweaks, like high quality cables had made significant improvements to my system's sound quality, so I thought it would be worth $11.00 to test out what I had read about USB 3.0 vs. 2.0. I also purchased one other gizmo to take any 3.0 noise out of my signal path, a 5 pk of Audioquest Jitterbugs not nearly as inexpensive as this cable at $70.00 ea. but together they make a great team. I didn't want any LED lights, (very noisy), and I didn't want an external power supply, (also can be very noisy), so this cable seemed ideal, and the quality of the cable is way better than your typical cable and the shielding is superior also. I will include a picture to illustrate the difference in diameter of this cable vs. the other two items I also purchased for my test. This cable sounded noticeably better than the other two port multipliers I bought, and I have finally achieved what I was searching for in my system, music that sounds like the musicians are playing live 10 feet in front of me. You can see I have 2 Jitterbugs plugged into my 4 available 3.0 ports, they say that gives the best possible reduction in noise in case you have two seperate USB buses in on your motherboard, but I have two devices I wanted to optimize so it was a moot point.

Multiply your USB connections
I began to use the splitter as soon as I received it. The long cord length solved access inadequacies of connecting multiple devices simultaneously. No problems have been encountered since start of use.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was on the search for a USB to USB connecting device that would charge multiple items at once. Many USB hubs only charge one item at a time, or feature an aux cable instead. This USB Y splitter was exactly what I was searching for- it is perfect for charging multiple iPhones at the same time on car trips, via the car's USB port. The cable itself is thick and seems very durable.

Great for peripherals
If you want to use this for a fan splitter and for mouse and keyboard with rgb... buy a powered splitter... you will pull more current than your mother board can handle and have random disconnect issues on mouse and keybord.

For sharing two printers with 3 computers.
Data connection from computer to the 2 printers gets confused as connection crossover. Need to unplug one printer from this product be4 expecting the other printer to link with computer print commands.
