Excellent device for reaching those areas you cannot. It really digs into the tissue and releases the knots from my muscles. My husband is in love with it as has replaced him having to give me deep tissue massages all the time. TheTheracane is sturdy and the knobs are comfortable with various size options. I highly recommend.

I think I could write VOLUMES on how much I love this. Actually, I spent a really really inordinate amount of time this weekend using it and was able to somehow get rid of a pinched nerve I felt from my neck down the side of my whole body. I’ve had this for years and years and years.My chiropractor suggested it, and what I soon realized was that I was able to keep up with my body between sessions of him and my massage therapist. That allowed the latter to actually focus on deeper, older issues bc I’ve been able to take care of surface stuff daily myself.I don’t even remember when I bought this - maybe 10 months ago - and it’s literally changed my life. I’d keep one at home, in my car, and at work if I could lol.

I had a sore spot in my back that I could not reach, this is just tool to self help with putting a little pressure on the sore spot.
