Gritty but not terrible
This was recommended by my doctor. I noticed a difference after taking it for 2 days. I mix mine in a little lemonade and use a "frother" to mix. It is a bit gritty

Amazing
This product is the real deal. It is dramatically more effective than Benefiber, Citrucel, etc. Just try it once. 1/2 scoop to 1 scoop is all you need. It’s fabulous.

This works!
This has made me much healthier. I don't mind the taste at all (it kindof tastes like wheat) and it dissolves easily in water with a little stir. I never miss a day and it's worth every penny.

Best fiber ever
This was recommended by a special Dr.. I originally bought it at his Dr. Office. It’s cheaper through AMAZON but use subscription plan. However, 1/2 scoop is all that’s needed and recommended by Dr. I’ve been using for 1/2 year, and have no intention of stopping. Worth the money!

Tasteless has a dirty taste. Also, no returns.
Would not recommend the flavorless one, tasted dirty and left a after taste with drink. I tried to return it but also will not let you. Fyi, maybe someone could handle the weird taste it has, tried in 2 drink types of drinks. Don't buy.

There is no weird taste to this fiber. Mixed into any drink or food the taste doesn’t over power like some others do
