😋 Best biscuit ever had ❤️
Been a user of the pizza dough for a couple of years. Use for pizza, everything bagels, and even sandwiches 🥪 Saw these biscuits from the same mill and wanted to give them a try. My goal is make all the recipe variations. For today, used a pie tin that’s coated for campfire style or home cooking. Used a paper towel to grease super light coat. First recipe, made the easiest. Drop biscuit. I managed six. To mix, used a medium size steel half oval bowl. A curved edge bendable spatula and filtered water. I’ll use milk during another try. Plus, the other recipe options, too. Find what tastes best to me is the goal. I move the mix with water and spin the bowl slowly to continuously scrape the sides of mix into the middle. Takes about three minutes. I had a very easy time using the spatula to drop a golf ball size amount evenly dispersed with one biscuit drop in the middle. With a small ceramic loaf pan added a table spoon of butter to melt while the biscuits bake. It took my oven a sold 12 minutes. Then, poured the melted butter over the top. Never have I ever tasted such delicious light cloud billowy flavorful delightful biscuits. Accompanied by a couple of fried eggs and apple. I ate these fresh from the oven. They’re so floofy even more than a fluffy texture. Melted on my mouth. These will not hold like store bought or tougher biscuits. The easiest of the three recipe variations with water scores a 10 of 10 or five stars. I’m venturing to discover DYI recipes using old school recipes with two and three ingredients from the turn of the 20th century and some from WWll times. Using today’s experience for comparison to my exploration for discovering light fluffy biscuits. Plus, a bit sturdier to use for an egg sandwich on road trips. Sharing to not just offer a glowing review of flavor. But, encourage exploring the joy of homemade. Whether using this mix or DYI or both, like myself. I’m so amazed. And a bit bummed I didn’t discover this sooner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Quality biscuit mix you'll love 💘
LOVE...LOVE...LOVE....this mix...it is simple to mix, roll out, and make biscuits. They taste awesome. The mix is small. So, you can manage either 4 to 6 medium biscuits, or 9 small small biscuits, which is what I do. Crunchy on the outside good and bready on the inside. I like mine to bake a little past golden brown for a little crunch when you bite into them. But if you want soft as my youngest ask for I'll pull them out on time. I do add half water and half buttermilk at times. Either way this is a good mix without all the added extra in some mixes.

Salty
Easy to make, looks good , tasty but salty for a biscuit, maybe a quality control issue at the mfg plant , and I like salt.

Delicious and easy!
These biscuits are delicious! I've made them with dinner and breakfast. They are on the salty side, but not over the top and as long as you account for that one the other items served with the biscuits, it's not a problem. Also, super easy to make!!
