Q: how long does one application last

3-4 weeks. On one of my cats I noticed a tick around 24 days after applications. My other two cats did not have any ticks, but I reapplied to all 3 at the same time.

Q: Does this kill the larvae and eggs?

No Only Petarmor Plus kills eggs and larve

Q: How long does it take to kill fleas

It works great! BUT if there is an infestation, I suggest buying and beginning this asap, but also buying a box of capstar for your size cat. THAT will kill them ALL within 1/2 hour. Vacuum your house ALOT for a week, I mean ALOT! At Walmart buy 2 bottles of petsafe flea killer and spray in cat's bedding, your furniture, carpet, and along all corners of every room. Treat dogs. Oh and did I day vacuum?
