Nice product !!
The media could not be loaded. I got it for my son and he is very happy to use it. It’s so easy to operate that a 2 year old boy can also use it properly.The water will remain the same( hot or cold) as you will put in it for 2-3 hrs.I haven’t found the leakage issue yet, it has a very nice lock system.The body and texture of the bottle is also very good and it has one rubber holder for holding the bottle.

It's not of good quality
It keeps water hot for 3 hours max, and button is not reliable it breaks u can make it right but issue persists. Bottles color turns black with time.Total no

Poor Quality Lock
The product is very sleek and looks good, but the lid lock stopped working in 20 days from buying. Was carrying tea in and it all spilled in the scanning machine at Metro station. Expected a much better product from borosil. Customer care says that lid is spare and not covered under warranty. Don’t know how lid of a bottle is considered a spare from warranty view point. Also it looks like it is a design defect. May be co. Is importing poor quality product from China and selling in India under their brand. Not good for the co. as it will spoil their brand reputation. Will not advise anyone to buy this product.

Not good
Quality is not goods.Mentioned that hot or cold water lasts for 8hours but it lasts only for 1hour.Expected that being a high brand it’s worth

Milton's supposedly "flip-top" flask
Worked fine for 3 or 4 days, but before the week was over, the button that worked with just a gentle touch to open the cover stopped working!!! Now it's a struggle to pry open the cover in order to take a sip or two.Thought Milton products were really good. So disappointed!!

Exchange of borocil water bottle 🌹
The media could not be loaded. Actually, this bottle wasn't opening easily so I request someone to open it in the street and he opened it forcefully and all parts spread in a street so the product seems too used but this also looks used before. Plz change my product 🙏🙏
