Fargo Review
Do not buy from this seller!After printing only 65 cards the printer started printing a yellow then the white line on all ID cards straight down the middle. We tried cleaning it per the manual with no change. According to the manual/troubleshooting, this indicates a burnt out pixel in the print head and the print head element needs to be replaced.Given that this is a brand new printer this should be covered under warranty, however after contacting the seller, they ignored our reply, and we're over 30 days past the purchase so Amazon won't help. We are a small non-profit volunteer organization and we don’t really have the funds to buy a new machine, especially given the fact that we just purchased.If the seller gets in contact with us, we will update this review.

This printer is garbage. For every I'd badge you print you have to untangle a mess of ribbon inside, which is a giant pain in the ass and it kills the amount you can print with the $60 ribbons. Maybe we got a dud but very disappointing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This printer is junkI have a giant white line through my printsI clean it every 200 printsalso get random red and green blobs on my prints as well as ribbon getting into a mess inside the printer then well you have to buy another 60.00 ribbon and another cleaning kit!The only thing this thing is good for is target practice...
