I have tried to grow my own Pasilla peppers without success. I am consequently impressed by the size and quality of these.

For what ever reason at the time I could not find Pasilla chillies at local places, so I ordered these and they were so good. Soft, pliable, clean- they were not all dusty like some other products. And they smell and taste so good. I made a Adobo sauce with these..YUMMMM. I recently saw a different brand of pasilla chili at the grocery store, they were dry and crunchy. Nothing like these. I would order again.

A hair...
Looks like nicely dried chilis, but I found a brown/red hair about an inch long inside the packaging with the chilis- it happens. I'm going to give them a wash before I use them and call it good.
