Ladies of a certain age, if like me you're struggling both with sleep but also with migraines, then I 100% recommend Divine Eyes.Not sleeping through the night is no joke. Lack of sleep just makes everything more difficult to deal with, especially at the moment when anxiety is at an all-time high. I write all day so my eyes are tired from staring at a screen. Add to that my major peri-menopausal symptom is migraines, and I'm frequently fighting dry eyes and a banging headache.So when I found Sensory Retreats I was intrigued to see if these would work for me. Hello, good night's sleep and goodbye migraines!Last night I popped an eye maks on along with my usual sleep meditation and not only did I fall asleep before it had ended, but I also slept all the way through the night. Miracle!I can only describe the experience as though your eyes are being wrapped in soft heat, like a comforting cuddle! I'm not a fan of lavender. I find the scent quite overpowering but the delicate infusion of luxurious lavender in Divine Eyes was just enough to really calm the senses which added to the overall deep sleep experience.I can't tell you how long the heat lasted as I fell asleep! But the mask was warm in under a second and it stayed put all night. It was even comfortable enough to sleep in!Probably the best night's sleep I've had since lockdown started. Thank you!

I'm obsessed with these they are so relaxing on the eyes

I love these eye masks! I’ve suffered from migraines and bad headaches since I was a teenager, and they can be so debilitating. Since March and throughout lockdown, I noticed a huge increase in the amount of migraines / headaches I was getting, and my sleep started to suffer too. I tried these after a friend recommended, and they are fantastic. The mask is very comfortable against your skin, and stays in place with the soft elastic ear loops. They heat up gradually and give off a lovely, subtle aroma of lavender. The heat stays for about 15 minutes, it might be longer but I always fall asleep with them on, so can’t give a definite time! I have been using the masks a couple of times a week to help with my sleeping at the moment as I’m currently isolating. Highly recommend.

Within minutes of placing the mask over my eyes I began to feel myself drift away into a blissful state of relaxation.For me, it’s gentle warmth and scent has a comforting, cocooning effect that begins with soothing the eye area but somehow extends to relaxing every part of you.When I removed the mask, as it’s temperature started to fall, there was an unexpected cooling, refreshing feeling which gently reawakened my eyes.That evening I slept extremely well and I found that my eyes definitely looked much brighter the next day.I would highly recommend this product - it’s the perfect quick fix for stress relief, relaxation and eye refreshment!

Easy to use and good to relax with

I went to a spa day recently and these exact ones were used so I had to find them to buy again as they are lovely! Last quite a while and such a great treat! I gifted these to people for Christmas also
