Yes, Owon have a PC app (Windows) on their website, that will read from the multimeter and datalog. I used the smartphone version, it’s the same as the PC app but more portable

Q: I want too connect to a windows pc, where can i obtain the (optional) bluetooth adaptor?

Not sure why you would want to directly connect via bluetooth to your pc. I as a motor mechanic have connected the multimeter via bluetooth to my phone when i have had an electrical fault, set it on logger and gone on roadtest till a fault occoured. I am then able to email that log to myself and add it to the job card or annalise it on my pc.
