Q: can a macbook air 13 with a hard shell case fit inside the 13" sleeve?

I have both the 11" and 13" sleeves. I use the 13" sleeve with a MacBook Air 13 without a hardshell case and the sleeve is actually a bit roomier than I like, so a shell should fit fine. I often use my old 11" sleeve for the Macbook Air 13 (without shell) for a more snug fit.

Q: does the charger fit in the sleeve along with the laptop?

No, the sleeve is flat. There is no place for charger.

Q: Will it fit a Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro?

The 15 inches sleeve will fit a Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro, although I would not recommend putting the charger in the pocket
