They slide easily enough but it's not the quietest sliding door kit, but that's not anything on this particular product, all barn door tracks make this kind of noise.Easy to fit, you just need to think it through before hand

Easy to put up and I'm really impressed with the quality, I'm using them on a wardrobe with wood doors and they have no issue holding them, the only modification I had to make was to shorten the supplied bolts as my door was not think enough.

I purchased the rails to add some doors for a storage area in our utility rooms. They add a little bit of style to an area which had been neglected by previous owners. They were relatively easy to fit but the joining section for the two bars moves out of line very easily, even when fully tightened. I would be tempted to buy the next length up and cut it to fit if I had to buy again, because it does not uses this kind of join.
