Works for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.Very happy to find a Non-HP brand of ink that works with this printer, I've tried other off-brand ink cartridges and none of them have worked for me except for this one.Initially it did give me the message 'ink cartridge not recognized' but after restarting the printer that changed to 'HP does not guarantee the quality of non-HP brand ink' or something like that, but everything works! I've printed a few things and everything looks greatI hope HP execs rots in hell for charging as much as they do for their ink.

NOTE: This is about the product. I simply got a bad one. The seller gets a double five star. Without ANY contact from me, just this one star review, THE SELLER almost immediately responded with a "would you like a replacement or a refund", and has followed up a couple of times. I took the refund, for other reasons, but if I do restore this specific printer to operational, they get first shot at sending cartridges. Absolutely sincere and rapid response to a negative review.Original one line review:cyan AND black carts would NOT print. defective. R & Y ok, but 'weak' color. (NOT a 'lockout' issue.) Bad carts. Would rate 'zero' if allowed.Why still one star? GOT YOUR ATTENTION! These folks definitely get a retry... the printer in question was used by my wife, who passed away in July. I may bring it back, and when I do, guess who's gonna get the cartridge order!

I bought these last year and they worked fine. I just got some replacements and none of the colors work, and the black barely works.After leaving this review, I was contacted by customer service who offered to send me another pack. I received those, and they did not work for my printer either. Again, I was contacted by customer service and when they learned that the product did not work for me, they offered a full refund.

It's no HP original ink, but it does the job for the price.

Please make sure that you check whether or not they will work in your printer before the return window closes.
