About how much does each one weigh? Are they heavy enough to hold a small framed photo on a table against the wall?

Each weighs 0.7oz or 19-20 grams, they are a good quality weight, not like the light weight cheap plastic toys. I guess it depends on the size of your framed photo, how heavy your frame is, and if it will be propped vertically or horizontally. If you have small 4x6 slanted against the wall so it doesn't tip forward, it would probably work, but these gems arent that big/tall. If your frame is flush against the wall, it would probably topple forward over the gems .

Are these glass or plastic?

As stated in the description, these are K9. I have bought from multiple sellers, and Longwin is the only vendor yet not selling coated glass imitations. These of course are not real gems; they are real lab grown crystals. If you compare them to their cheaper glass lookalikes, the difference is obvious.

Are these light in weight? For instance, would they be too heavy to turn into earrings?

In my opinion they would be too heavy to turn into earrings. They are very dense and from the weight, I’m not sure they would be comfortable.
