The product quality and finish is at the top notch. The stability is abit less but is well in this price range. You should have one in your store or home and believe me you won't regret any.

Ladder is nice and sturdy.However, seller/manufacturer has not taken enough care to see that both the legs are identical in height.Bush of one leg is smaller by about 5 milimiter and it is off balance. Everytime I use it, I have to keep some packing beneath that leg.

We are able to use this without the assistance of another person to hold which in itself is a very good thing. Since this is made of robust material the ladder looks very durable and bears even heavy persons. We are able to execute multiple tasks such as painting higher places, electrical work, etc. with ease and confidence with this ladder. Highly recommended.

First time I ordered, the item was broken in 3 places and the packaging had torn off almost completely. I asked for a replacement and next time they sent a defective piece:1. The legs are not level and the ladder wobbles when placed on the floor.2. The topmost stair has a groove that's supposed to fit into a metal rung when the clutch is engaged. The groove however is not in position and because of this the clutch cannot be engaged. So the ladder is not fixed and highly unsafe for anyone climbing it.Please avoid buying this item online and rather buy it after inspecting personally from your nearby shop.

Product finishing is good, but not so much stable. One has to be cautious while working with it.

High quality material at a very low price. Initially, I was sceptical regarding the quality as the price was relatively low but after receiving the product and trying it I have come to realise that I made the right choice and good things can come at a low price also.

The ladder is sturdy and nice but it was delivered broken to me at first, then I exchanged it and again I got the damaged product as it's lock was not working because it's spring was broken.
